MYSQL Server is not getting discovered in software installation tab in linux servers through snow

Hi All,

 

We are trying to discover MYSQL server and MariaDB servers in software installations (cmdb_sam_sw_install) related list in Linux server but we are unable to discover it via servicenow discovery. It has been noted that while some Linux servers can find the MySQL servers, some cannot.

Please assist us on what went wrong or what might be done to fix this problem.
