Names of CIs not updated even after discovery has run successfully.

Hi Experts,

It has been observed in my instance that there are currently 561 CIs in CMDB which are showing 'Last Discovery Date<=15 Days'(discovery source - ServiceNow, Servicewatch) but for those CIs 'CI Name' is showing up 'Blank'. I have also attached a screenshot of the issue. I need to update this and find out reasons for this.

Hi @ShivamSingh  Can you check the respective Pattern in Identification Section

If not getting name data then create a Extension Section
