Need to update CMDB table fields from the custom table present in ServiceNow.

Hello,

We have a custom table that contain the details i.e. serial number, approval group, change group . And in the CMDB business application table we need to update the same approval group, change group as serial number same in both the table .

Can anyone tell me how to do that.

May I know what is purpose of having custom table? and why you want to duplicate the value?

As a project change and approval groups are manually updated to business applications and there are more than 1 business application sharing the same serial number so customer what we just put once these fields and it will automatically updated in business application.
