Hi,
I have created a new CI Class called "domain" and I now want users to be able to create their records within that class. When I click the "New" button within base items, I'm not seeing "domain" as an option in the list. If I edit the list, the domain option is there and enabled etc, but it doesn't appear in the list when trying to create a new CI.
If I go to the new "cmdb_ci_domain" table for the new class and click new, I am able to create a new entry as expected.
I'm guessing I have missed a security setting somewhere, however, I've not yet been able to find it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Dan

Hi
you only can create new records by opening list view of table/class "cmdb_ci_domain". OOTB there is no other way.
But maybe I did not understand you. Therefore please explain what do you mean with "When I click the "New" button within base items, I'm not seeing "domain" as an option in the list"
Kind regards
Maik

Thanks for replying.
If you load the "all" table within "base items" and then click the "new" button once the table is loaded, you are then given a list of classes to choose from, and there is where the "domain" entry is missing. On the right-hand side of that page there is a "edit interceptor" button and if I click on that, I can see the new entry listed within the list, and the values look the same as others that do appear, but regardless of the settings to this entry it doesn't appear when you click on "new"
Hopefully this helps.

Hi
unfortunately it is not clear. I have no idea what an "all" table is.
Please provide a screenshot.
Kind regards
Maik
