Hi,

No records are populating in 'CIs not reported by discovery sources' card in CMDB 360 section on CMDB Workspace. How logic works at backend?

Thank you in Advance

@jack33 This might list the CI's entered through Data imports/Manual entries/FTP. You add a dummy manual CI entry and refresh this tile. If that one dummy CI is showing up, then you know how it works.

Hi @Mannapuram

I tried by creating new record manually, but no luck

@jack33  My bad, I replied basing on the description of the tile. After searching Servicenow Documentation, this tile list the CI's, that can be discovered by any source of Discovery, but not discovered in the last specified day (as mentioned in the settings). Here are the exact link n details:

In your case, if No CI's are populated implies that, all the CI's are getting discovered. May be you can test this by disconnecting any device from the discovery IP range and wait for specified number of days.

Thanks @Mannapuram

yeah, I tried this scenario before, discovered one server with 2 different discovery tool. Last discovery happened more that 7 days, still that CI is not coming in card
