Hi,

 

No records are populating in 'CIs not reported by discovery sources' card in CMDB 360 section on CMDB Workspace. How logic works at backend?

Hi Jack,

 

What is the class of the CI? I want to make sure we are not excluding it.

 

And we have a scheduled job which populates this data for these charts. Is it possible that it's not active on your instance or it runs very rarely?

@Cindy Trieu I am checking for Linux server, where can I check whether this class is excluded or not

Also can you please share the scheduled job name
