Hi everyone,
I have a Requirement to show only custom fields on ServiceNow Portal, for Non ITIL Users for which I built a catalog item so that the User can See a List of All classes from CMDB.
2. once the user Selects the Class that should dynamically populate the Custom fields on Portal.
3.Assume if a class (computer) has 10 Custome fields that should show all the 10 Custom fields on one side (Split the form into Two part so that one end is where the User can see all Read only fields and the other End if the user wants to update any field, they provide the value in that field and Submit the CatLog Item.
Is they a way that we can Achieve this .?
