Is it possible for a stakeholder, without an ITIL license to see a user friendly version of a config item in CMDB, either in the form of a webpage or exported document?
We want to expand the application CI's to contain more information than they do currently, to act as a Service Operating Manual, so we can do away with word docs/attachments. One issue this presents is not being able to send stakeholders a copy of the CI/SOM. If there is a way we can provide visibility to those stakeholders, who do not have ITIL licenses, this would mitigate the issue.
