Not able to update the field in the BSO

when we are trying to update any field in the BSO  we get this error  (status = operational )

Tried to update from the list view same error   

 

Could any suggest us, how to update it

Hi @Shiva Durga Pra 

Please check the operational status of the parent Business Service Offering. It looks like the operational status of the BS is not set to 'Operational,' which might be causing the error.

The operation status is operational only for the parent

Could you please change the parent state to Use and then test.

there is some business rule which is restricting the update.

Did you check which one is that?

It's getting satisfied and hence your update is blocked.
