OOB Options in Dropdowns for Technology Stack

Hello,

I am curious to know if you are able to remove the dropdown menu options for "Technology Stack" that come OOB? I believe you can customize this with adding what we use but can we remove as I am not able to find anything regarding this.

Easy way

- Open the record on this table

- On the Form you will see this field

- Right click on field and 

AGLearnNGrow_0-1739917348336.png

 

And it will take you directly where these values are stored.
