We are using OCI Discovery schedule in our environment and recently noticed that Operational Status and Install Status of the Cloud database discovered through the datacenter constantly changes for every Discovery. I tried debugging the pattern and noticed that the Install Status is 100 and Operational Status is 1. The state of the CI is terminated. I believe its Retired, but not sure why Discovery keeps changing both the status. Any idea why this is happening? I searched in the BR table and couldn't locate any script related to this change.
