Operational Status to Life cycle status update in CMDB

We want to disable the function of updating life cycle stage and life cycle status based on operational status field

Where its configured back end OOTB in servicenow ?

Hi @sukran,

A starting point to check the configuration against CI records by first of all navigating to a CI list view such as Servers. Right-click on one of the list headers and select 'Configure > All' (As shown below).

From here, note the OOB Business Rules - Depending on what's been configured on your instance, you may see more listed.
