Hello,
I have a problem statement from the stakeholder, the stakeholder wanted to know about current out of the box attributes in Technical Service table (CMDB_CI_Service_technical) which should or can be used in Service Offerings table. ( service_offerings) How do I check which out of the box Attributes can be used? kindly help.

As per CSDM 4.0, the only recommendation relevant for this scenario is to link technical service offerings with a parent technical service using a reference field.
Refer the following URL for more details about this:
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0831509
Was this recommendation discussed before? If not, I'd recommend to discuss it first and then see whether the mentioned use case is still relevant.
