while using manage duplicate ci nask skill ,after selecting the class and selecting review existing templates, why is it not asking for "preview template on sample task" instead its only populating "run template for all tasks" and "view more options"
Preview not generating for deduplication tasks in ServiceNow. I want to select a sample deduplication task and preview the results before applying a template,
instead it should be like the below as instructed in the docs:
please help on same.
