Pull data from Salesforce

Is it possible to pull data from Salesforce and insert it into ServiceNow? Maybe SOAP messages?

Saurav11 - thanks for the links. I must look at them for i was recently looking into ways to connect the two. I usually use a 3rd party solution (like zigiops).
