Rejected CI's meaning

I noticed something In the CMDB Workspace dashboard. Under the management tab there is a space for "Rejected CI's". Can some one explains what generates these rejected CI's or break down what it means in simple terms? I cant seem to find any documentation on these.

The list appears on the CMDB workspace. If you need to add something there, it has to be modified in the UI builder. May be you can create a new report with the rejected CIs and their close notes. Then add it using the UI builder.

I am in the same boat here. The process is great up until the part where you need to do something with the rejected CI's. The best that I have come up with is a report referencing the CMDB Data Management Task table showing the Comments and Work notes. Even then I have to export that to XLS so it is in a better format to view. There has to be a better way.
