Relationships won't remove when a VM migrated from VMWare to Nutanix

We migrated some VM servers from VMWare to Nutanix, but found that relationships between the VM and their ESX, and VMWare VM instance are still there. Do we need to remove them manually? Or there has some automation will do it?

Thanks,

Hi @Endmost ,

yes remove relationship seperatly as they are from diffrent table.

Delete the relationships From the "cmdb_rel_ci" table

  1. Go to the cmdb_ci relationship table: https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/cmdb_rel_ci_list.do
  2. In the parent column search with the parent CI name
  3. Select the relationship you want to delete and at the bottom in the "Actions on selected Rows" select Delete.
  4. A warning message will appear, you can confirm it and click on Delete.
