There doesn't seem to be any functionality, outside of using the Advanced view, within the filter list, that allows you to search for a Flow with particular values; name, created by, active state etc.
Am I missing something or is this a ridiculous design flaw?

From the UX standpoint this is very UN-Intuitive.
There is no point having the checkbox, to select all the flows (what are you expecting, to delete all the flows in one go?), rather the previous search icon near the list was much helpful.
But thanks @Dr Atul G- LNG for showing the trick.
