I am working on setting up the Service Graph Connector for Solarwinds. When testing the connection i am getting the following error.
When checking the logs I see a few errors referencing Flow Designer (messages below). Has anyone else experienced similar issues and have any insight on getting past this error?
"Ignoring message=null because context is already terminal"
"Received SG-SolarWinds Hardware Data Stream.page$1./start but no listeners found, proceeding with default"
Any help is greatly appreciated!

This is probably because of connection & credential issue.
1. Make sure the ServiceNow instance can connect to Solarwinds environment.
2. Verify the credentials in guided setup.
Please refer to this community article for help. If you cannot solve the issue create a Case with ServiceNow support.

Thank you for your response and the link to the article. I verified that i can get to the connection URL and login successfully with the credentials i have set from a web browser. I went to the Flow Actions and ran the TEST there as well and came up with the same error shown below.
When I tried the next step of troublshooting from that article I did not have the "code snippet" button available. Im stumped at this point and not sure how to proceed. Any help is greatly appreciated.
