Service Graph Connector for Infoblox

I implemented the SGC for Infoblox in our sandbox. It connects to infoblox successfully but the executions just hang and have been sitting in loading state since yesterday. Wondering if anyone else was successful in setting this up or understand what could cause this. Not sure how to troubleshoot it.

I am getting the same error as above. I tried executing the scheduled jobs instead of the test load records and that seems to be working for 'SG-Infoblox IP Pool' but for 'SG-Infoblox IP Address' it runs but half of the time, the other half it throws the same error of 'Unable to make a connection to Infoblox API call'.

 

Tried changing the batch size in 'SG-Infoblox IP Address' from 15000 to a lower number but no luck so far.
