Hi All,

In our instance it is taking longer time(almost 1 day for 42k records) to complete Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune - SG-Intune Computer scheduled data import job.

Please help me if I am missing something.

Thank you,

Best Regards,

RajeSh

No, it is Out of the Box configuration. We haven't made any changes.

Thank you,

Rajesh

You can try one more time, sometimes on first load it takes time to load the data and then transforming.

Hi @RajeshGummadoju ,
I trust you are doing great.

The Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune is used to import data from Microsoft Intune into ServiceNow. The import job for SG-Intune Computer scheduled data import is taking longer than expected to complete. Here are some possible solutions:

  1. Increase the batch size: By default, the batch size for the import job is set to 500 records. This can be increased to a larger number to reduce the number of batches and improve the overall import time. You can modify the batch size from the Service Graph Connector settings.

  2. Optimize the query: Make sure the query used to retrieve data from Microsoft Intune is optimized to reduce the number of records retrieved. You can use filters and other parameters to narrow down the data set.

  3. Check the network connection: A slow network connection can also impact the import job performance. Check the network bandwidth and latency between the ServiceNow instance and the Microsoft Intune API.

  4. Optimize the instance: The performance of the ServiceNow instance can also impact the import job performance. Make sure the instance is optimized for performance, with sufficient resources allocated.
