Integrations and ITOM Management

We are using the Tanium and Ordr Service Graph connectors in ServiceNow, and I am noticing that our ITOM Licensing report has not changed that much. Why is this? It is my understanding that anything that is brought in through Discovery or a Service Graph consumes Subscription Units. Could someone explain this in more detail, I want to know exactly why each CI is consuming SUs.

Hi, Are you using only ITOM or HAM and SAM as well part of ITAM? I aware hardware's CIs consumes subscription 1:4 ratio. If you are using discovery and SG connectors it will work as per your current license model.

I think you should look into IntegrationHub Pool under your subscription overview.

I found the License Summary under ITOM License > License Summary if this is what you are talking about. Otherwise I don't see exactly what you are talking about.

The Name the appears in this list is "IT Operations Management Visibility - Subscription Unit v2"

Each ITOM Operator Standard, Professional, and Enterprise package includes entitlement to
the Protocols and Spokes listed below provided the Customer is separately entitled to the
number of IntegrationHub Transactions required for usage.

When we added solar-wind service graph connector. The data was inserted using IH ETL. We have a certain number for Licence for IH ETL. So we checked the above one I mentioned. Do check with the account guy in ServiceNow if you do not find this.
