Hi All,

In our instance it is taking longer time(almost 1 day for 42k records) to complete Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune - SG-Intune Computer scheduled data import job.

Please help me if I am missing something.

Thank you,

Best Regards,

RajeSh

We tried removing MID server from configuration, still it is taking 6 hours(42k records) to complete computer job and 15 hours(2.5L records) to complete software job. it's almost 20+hours to complete entire Intune integration.

Please let me know if I am missing something.

Thank you,

Rajesh

Hello @Rajesh

We are also facing same issue. Data source is loading long time even to fetch records in staging table for Intune computers. After sometime, the running data source is getting cancelled.

Could you please let me know if you have fixed the issues.

Thanks,

Sunil Safare

Hi @Sunil25

Please check below steps:

1. Remove the MID server from configuration.

2. Try to check http status code whether it is returning 200 for test load with 20 records.

3. check API permissions.

In our case after removing MID server from configuration it took 4 hours(42k records) to complete computer job. Also, first schedule run would take more time to complete and subsequent runs might complete fast.

Please feel free to elaborate issue and attach errors.

Thank you,

Best Regards,

Rajesh

Thanks a lot @RajeshGummadoju for the inputs. Is there any potential issue in future to remove mid server from configuration ? I believe there would be some benefits of it if OOB is configured to include mid server.

For us HTTP is returning 200 in response logs.

Thanks,

Sunil Safare

Hi, I recommend to check the import set properties.

https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-platform-administration/page/administer/import-sets/r...

Specifically, check web service import set properties.

Regards,
Suresh.
