Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune is taking longer time to complete

Hi All,

In our instance it is taking longer time(almost 1 day for 42k records) to complete Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune - SG-Intune Computer scheduled data import job.

Please help me if I am missing something.

I am not sure how these properties are related to inclusion of midserver. I am able to connect to Intune and pull data without mid server. So my question is - am i doing correct?

Hi, This has been decided based on your environment. But ServiceNow recommends Mid server as the best practice to connect with 3rd party using connectors or Web Service Approaches.

We had similar issues at these are the following things helped to solve the issue.

1) we increased the mid-configuration.

2)Added the schedule one after another so it does not consume all the resources at once. 

3)Removed some queries which take longer time to process. (you will find do's and don't follow them it will solve the issue)
