Service Graph Data Visualizer Access for Non-Admins

We are implementing Service Graph Connectors and have installed the Service Graph Data Visualizer plugin from the ServiceNow Store. We'd like to make this available to some of our support staff, but the full functionality of the Data Visualizer appears to only be available to the "admin" role. We made the module available to other roles and created ACLs to provide access to the underlying tables, but the diagram doesn't show the entity names or connections when drilling down. Does anyone have any experience opening the Data Visualizer up to non-admins?
