ServiceNow Discovery-Failed Exploring CI Pattern

While discovering couple of Fortinet Firewall Device got the error "Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: Next Generation Fortinet Network Firewall". when checked the ServiceNow documents i found the KB0998081-https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0998081. As per the KB article we need to deploy the update set "sys_remote_update_set_PRB1524694.xml" to fix the issue. Even after deploying the update set i am still getting the error.

can someone tell me what might be the issue

Same problem here. We have applied the suggested update set from PRB1524694 and it didn't help.
