Hello Community,
I have come across an error in CMDB Health of Correctness. In Correctness Report, we observed an error in Staleness. It have given ServiceNow Docs link to resolve but it is not fixing the error. We modified the property of staleness(glide.cmdb.health.staleness) to 5000. After this when we ran schedule job, it doesn't fixed error.
Please let me know if anyone come across this issue and able to resolve.
Thanks inadvance

Hi,
The CMDB dashboard displays the string ‘failure threshold reached' when the number of CIs that are failing the metric tests, reaches the failure threshold set for the metric.
Please refer CMDB Health process status: failure threshold reached | Servicenow Docs
The above doc has problem details as well as solution.
Please mark this helpful/correct, if applicable.
Regards,
Muhammad

@Selva Arun One way to fix is to modify the staleness threshold from the default 60 days to something meaningful for your data from class manager -> specific class hierarchy -> health -> correctness -> staleness rule .
Another way is to increase your failure threshold for staleness from the health preference -> staleness metric but would suggest highly against doing this as this is not solving the root of the problem.
