Hi Team,

I am new to ServiceNow and I have just signed up with a trial account. Once I login with my account, I cannot see or navigate to Service Management Page where I can search for Plugins like SCCM (attached screenshot).

Is this not available in trial account ?

Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Hi Ashok,

I have already tried this. However, didn't make any difference for me. Attached Screenshot.

Still cannot navigate to list of plugins in my instance or Service Management screen.

Just to clarify, when I login to https://developer.servicenow.com/ my user account is my email address. However, when I logon to my instance https://dev92500.service-now.com/ it only accepts ServiceNow provided credentials with user name aes.creator, I am guessing this is expected behaviour.

Out of curiosity, do I need to add or activate any specific plugins from the following screenshot ?

Thank you

Hi you want to look for plugins. I would suggest to check the my instance-> instance action ->activate plugin. In the above screenshot you can see plugin activation. If not try servicenow store.

Hi Guys,

I have figure it out. It seems when we click Change User Role and changed to Admin, it creates a user name called admin which I was not aware of nor I've received any email notification on this. It still allows me to login with the initial user name aes.creator but if I login as admin using the same password I am able to see plugins.

While for a professional it may not be an issue but for a beginner to receive the email notification on admin account creation would help a lot.

Much appreciated all your help and suggestions.

Thank you
