SGC / Discovery Create Manually IRE De-duplication task

Is their a way to manually create a de-duplication task for them as it helps us merge the records so we don’t loose data or relationships.

Yes there is a way, you can you can make use of workflow or flow / manually to create de-duplication task before that you need to relift the ACL on reconcile_duplicate_task table. 

remove the nobody role from the ACL as like below  :

After role removal, you can naviage to the below table and create task manually...

(revert changes once done)
