Hi all, what is the best practice for a ServiceGraph connector that is populating SNOW CMDB in case the 3d party source found that an asset is not in the network anymore?
I am not sure if it should find and delete the CI, or "flag" one attribute (like "hardware status") with adding a description for being retired, or maybe should not doing anything and the CI will just be there with "Most Recent Discovery" date being the sign for the relevance of the information.
Kindly looking for the best practice here.
