We have an Issue of Duplicate CIs being created in two different Tables:
Source1: Virtual Desktop CIs created by Intune MS Graph Connector custom Integration (preferred CIs)
Source2: VM Instance CIs created by Azure Cloud Discovery (not preferred CIs)
It is not possible to adjust the Azure Subscriptions, so that the CIs are not discovered anymore, as we have other CIs as well, which are needed.
How can i achieve the best possible solution here? I definitely prefer to have VDI CIs and not VM Instance CIs.

Hi,
When you say two separate tables, are you referring to CIs being created in cmdb_ci_vm_instance and cmdb_ci_server? If so, that is intended, and a relationship is created between the two records. If not, can you expand further on your issue with an example

Hey Kieron,
As i mentioned, CIs are created by two datasources:
1. Azure Cloud discovery in cmdb_ci_vm_instance
2. Intune Import in cmdb_ci_virtual_desktop
I need the 2nd one and the first shall not be discovered. But the Azure Subscription do have other VMs which are required, so i cannot just adjust the schedule and exclude the subscription.

So you're wanting to stop Azure Cloud Discovery from creating records in cmdb_ci_vm_instance all together? Across all subscriptions?
