Table to capture Automation Solution Details used in an organization

Hi Experts,

         Can you suggest correct approach / table that can be used to register Automation solution details used in an organization. 

           Is there any preferable table in CMDB that can be used (Note : we dont have Automation engine) to register Integrations / Automations that are implemented outside ServiceNow (eg : Between SAP and Microsoft Power Automate or something).

There is no such table in ServiceNow. You can use knowledge articles instead to store the implementation details.
