The Enable LifeCycle Sync in Life Cycle Mapping module failing after Yokohama upgrade

In ServiceNow  environment we are attempting to activate CSDM Lifecycle Sync, from the "Life Cycle Mapping" table

When activated a one time sync should occur which populates the Lifecycle Stage & status fields based on the mappings configured in "Life Cycle Mapping" table.

This job does not run, no on screen errors are presented. I don't have any further access to investigate the issue further.
