We have the Hardware Normalization enabled and the OOB field 'Normalized Device type' is available on the 'Hardware Model' table. From the 'alm_hardware' table, we are trying to dot walking to the 'Normalized Device type' via the 'Model' field. However, the field is not displayed in the options.
We could see that the field 'Normalized Device type' is on the 'Hardware Model' table and the 'Model' field on the 'alm_hardware' refers to the 'Product Model' (i.e: the parent table). Are there any other options to refer to the 'Normalized Device type' field from the 'alm_hardware' table.
