Multipe mid servers in SNOW

Hi SNOW community.

 

Not sure if this is the right board, but here goes..

 

We are trying to configure the BeyondTrust integration for Password Safe and all is working other than this issue:

 

1) Is it possible to have multiple Mid Servers configured in SNOW? ie: connect to different Password Safe instances.

We set up the mid servers as per the guides, but it stated we should name the mid server Default. That is fine if connecting to only one instance, and they all show as online as connected but when trying to check credentials it always uses the Default mid server. How can we use multiple?

Its SN or ServiceNow not SNOW.

Atul: Yes, it is possible to have multiple MID Server.
