When creating a certification or attestation in Data Manager in CMDB Workspace using an On Demand schedule, where does one go to execute it?

I have found out that this is still a limitation within the CMDB workspace and to execute an OnDemand schedule, an admin needs to look up the policy name from scheduled jobs to run it.

Hi @DonnaOlsen ,
As per my understanding - How to execute an On Demand Certification/Attestation
1. Navigate to:
CMDB → Data Foundation → Data Certification → Certification Schedules
(or search “Certification Schedules” in the application navigator)
2. Open the specific Certification Schedule you created with:
* Schedule type = On Demand
3. In the schedule record header, you will see the UI action "Execute Now" (or "Run" in older versions).
4. Click Execute Now:
* ServiceNow will create Certification Tasks for the CIs or groups matching the schedule’s criteria.
* These tasks will be assigned to the certifiers for review.
5. You can track the progress in:
* Certification Instances (child records created under the schedule)
* Certification Tasks (assigned to certifiers)

My apologies, I was not specific. I am aware of how to do this on the Core UI. I have updated my post to be more exact, as I was referring to using Data Manager within the CMDB Workspace. The certifications and attestations created from the CMDB Workspace are not synchronized in the Core UI.

Hi @DonnaOlsen ,
Refer the below steps, Might be this is helpful for you.

(You can also search directly for “Certification Schedules” in the global search bar.)

* Ensure Schedule Type = On Demand.
4. In the schedule record’s header, click Execute Now.
* This will trigger the job immediately.

I am in a Yokohama instance, and there is no link for "Certification Schedules" when inside Data Manager in the CMDB Workspace. There are upcoming policies and published policies, and of those published policies that are set to On Demand, and once opened they do not have an option to execute.
