Going over some of the CMDB Health Results, I am seeing a lot of CIs on the Computer table missing information (such as serial number).
Looking at those CIs, there is no discovery source, os I am not sure how they are there. When I do a discovery of the IP, a few of them turn out to be VMWare - vCenter Datacenters. This CI already exists, but not sure why I am seeing the IPs appearing on the Computer table as incomplete CIs.
What is the standard practice to clean those up/prevent them from re-appearing? Or is there a process to connect them to the vCenter object?
