Hi all,
I need to create a unauthorized change request. I referred below docs but it says "Note: Unauthorized change requests are created only for the CIs that are part of the application services." what is mean by that which table it is referring to? where can i find CIs which are part of application services?

Hi @SM123
Greetings!!
The tables ( Dynamic CI Group [cmdb_ci_query_based_service] table, Tag-based Application Service [cmdb_ci_service_by_tags] table, Mapped Application Service [cmdb_ci_service_discovered] table, Calculated Application Services [cmdb_ci_service_calculated] table, ) are different than the application service table. These are mainly from discovery perspective.
And in the Unauthorized change property what are the classes should i include in the "CI class inclusion" section and should i make "Use CMDB CI domain" checkbox to true? if i want to achieve unauthorized change
Atul: OOTB dont touch any thing, as i said, Unauth change works best when discovery is enabled. For you case, just guide to team, when team raise any unauth. change, they need to select application Service only.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
I had to include the classes in "CI class inclusion" section for it to monitor. if not if i make any modification to ci an unauthorized change will not be created.

Hi @SM123
If you my screen shot, I did not make any changes in property level and still I can see SAP application services in ci.
So it's ootb, but if you have discovery enables then you need to include the class.
Happy to hear your feedback.

Yes OOTB we can add any CI but for the Unauthorized change (which will be created automatically by automatically populating the field which i have shown in the ss when an unplanned change happens to a CI) for this we need add some Classes in ""CI class inclusion" section.
