Hi all
I am trying to assign role to IT Owners so that they can create CSDM component entries like Business application, business process, business capability, technical/business service, service offering etc. We do not have APM. I tried by assigning the following roles which did not help.
Modules are loading properly for them. Also, form is loading properly, but all the fields are appearing read only.
Is there anything I am overlooking? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
SG

Hi, if you want to check the roles required to read\write\delete a table\record\field you can review the tables ACL's.
You can do this via the menu module System Security > Access Control
or by right clicking any list or form header and selecting Configure > Security Rules.
Access control list rules (servicenow.com)
Edit:
You can also enable security debug, reproduce the issue and check the debug logs to identify ACL's that may be preventing the required user action.

Try with app_service_admin role.
