What roles/permissions are needed to see the information listed in the SG-Intune Device Related tab for cmdb_ci_handheld CIs imported from Intune Service Graph Connector?
Admins can see but general users cannot and cannot find any info in the docs.
Thank you,
Tom

If they need access only to view the CMDB data, you can consider any of the following 2 roles based on your requirement:
cmdb_read Can read any CMDB table. Contained in admin and itil.
sn_cmdb_user Provides read-only access to CMDB data and to basic UIs such as CMDB reports and dashboards.

The user has both. Not able to update the ACLs on the table no matter the Security Elevation.

Please check if any acl build on the cmdb_ci table. Mostly one with cmdb read role should be able to see the CI.

The user has cmdb_read and sn_cmdb_user roles. Cannot update the ACLs on the table nor can they read the table.
