Which one will give me a voucher for the exam as well is this a voucher I have to pay for after the course?
Description: Looking to partake in the certification: Certified Implementation Specialist (IT Service Management).

Which one of the following courses would have a free exam voucher at the end:

Simple rule

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete training. Now question about fee.

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.

To get CIS-ITSM you need to complete the journey: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_id... where the voucher can be achieved under the training: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/it-service-management/it-service-management-itsm-implement...

Please notice, that if you do not work for a partner and need to pay for the learning material, there will also be a cost for the voucher which is needed to take the exam.

Even though the voucher has a cost associated with it, you can check with your organization if they are able to provide you with learning credits to purchase the voucher. That is the only way to complete this certification for free.
