While creating de-duplication template, some attributes like Warranty Expiration are not available

While creating de-duplication template, some attributes mostly where field type is Date or date and Time are not available. like example Warranty Expiration or Order Received. this issue with only template creation , when we use individually remediate the de duplication task then we get these fields for merge.

Hi Ganesh! I looked into this more and it seems we purposely exclude certain fields such as date time, calculated fields, and others. Some of them are listed in the product documentation: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-managem...
This is because typically we only want these fields to be updated by the correct authority. I see in your use case though, it's not as important as say last updated on field, but unfortunately that is just how it works currently. After remediation you can update them manually, or when the next payload comes for these items, make sure those fields are present in the payload.
