Hello,
I wanted to know, Who builds the Service Graph connector?
This doc link says "SG Connectors are built by ServiceNow and our technology partners."
SG app 1 (Intune) - https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/a1ce9646683e0050f8774bfad236c9...
SG app 2 (LogicMonitor) - https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/87d68a8edb0d9c50cb4afe052c9619...
If you see 'SG app 1', is that build by ServiceNow or Microsoft or both in collaboration?
If you see 'SG app 2', its built by vendor alone? (Logic Monitor)?
Thanks!

Hey @Suggy - They are either built by ServiceNow or by a Vendor who is part of the Technology Partner Program at ServiceNow (usually other ServiceNow Partners). I've attached a PDF sheet that explains a little more about the Service Graph program.
It is worth noting that even when ServiceNow states that it was done in collaboration between 'ServiceNow and Microsoft', ServiceNow is almost solely responsible (or in SG App 2, the Vendor). There may be some collaboration, but if you were to run into any issues and needed support you would contact ServiceNow to get it resolved, not Microsoft. I've seen issues before where we run into Graph API limitations via the Graph Connector and even though it is Microsoft that is responsible for the limitation, they shift the whole thing onto ServiceNow to get resolved by 'working with them'.
