As per some information (which may or may not be correct), since users were downloading and using these eBooks illegally, ServiceNow has restricted almost all eBooks except for the CSA. This might be true, but it’s better to log a Now Learning case, and the team can provide you with a proper justification.

I raised a case, the answer is Event Management Fundamentals On Demand and Discovery Fundamentals On Demand do not have ebooks.
