Within Platform Analytics (Dashboards) is it possible to aggregate/group results for example before they are displayed on a graph or in a drop down... Simple example...
[Incident.State] has values of
New
In Progress
On Hold
Resolved
Closed
Cancelled
If I wanted to group this to Open and Closed on a graph or in a drop down.
Open
New
In Progress
On Hold
Resolved
Closed
Closed
Cancelled
Is this possible?
