Application Service aka /$csdm_app_service : How are Technical/Business Service Offerings stored, so that they are selectable?

Hi there,

i have a lot of Business Service Offerings in my /service_offering table, but none of them are selectable under the application service view. Does anyone now what criteria something has to meet, that it will show up?

I can't see in the screenshot if this is your offering record.

Other things I can think of is check if service classification is set on the parent service - but if I recall correctly this should not be a requirement.

You may use the CSDM Application Service in the filter navigator on the left. Select the "population method". Select Manual or select Dynamic CI groups. These are the only methods available without a Service Mapping license. See the materials in Now Create that describe how to use these methods.
