Building Instances

I am experiencing issues in starting my instance, is this an ongoing issue or just an isolated instance. It just seems to be taking forever for instance building to wake up. Any advise or help tips ?

Hi @temenue 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

•  wait, it should come online again after some time.
•  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.
