I am trying to determine why I would want to create a ServiceNow Business Application as a Platform Host, then create Business applications for each module we have as Platform Applications versus just creating the Business Applications for each module and populating the Platform with ServiceNow. What is the benefit of having that Platform Host Business Application and how does it affect APM?
Is it beneficial to have a ServiceNow Platform Application Service Instance for incident, problem, change that affects the entire platform versus just one ServiceNow module application service instance?
