Question about cross-scope access

Restricted caller access - it was about how is the exact name and the sub- entries were listed below. 

Question about - g_scratchpad and what is its usage.

A strange question which I didn`t see in any dumps or never thought about is what is happening if an incident`s transaction in a record producer is being aborted, is the record created , and if an error message is displayed.
