Hi. I am currently mapping manual technical services, not using discovery. Wondering what is the correct or preferred method. Business Service >Technical Service>Service Offering(s) (classification technical service).
I created a manual dynamic mapped application service from the Technical Service. It shows the correct offerings with related CIs in the cmdb_rel_table. I deleted a CI relationship and the relationship count updated correctly. There are multiple Manual Endpoint CIs in the calculated application service list even though Implement End Point to:: Implement End Point From has been filtered out of the CI relationship types. Is this normal? Is there a way to exclude these from showing when listing the Cis from the mapped application? Should the dynamic mapped application be done at the business service level?

Hi @c_t_a , even if you don't use Service Mapping I recommend to keep the structure as described in CSDM.
For Applications keep Technical Service --> Service offering --> Application Service <-- Service Offering <-- Business Service, use here a mapping method like manual method or Dynamic Service.
For Infrastructure Services you should take Technical Service --> Service Offering --> Dynamic CI group.
Regards the question of the Manual Endpoint - from where these are originated? If you didn't populates this, then it's maybe demo data?

Hi Daniel. When using the dynamic CI group, does it now show the relationship to the CI when viewing the individual CI? I had intended to use the group but because the relationship did not show in the related items on a CI to show up to the technical service i thought the dynamic calculated service would be better. Is there a way to see the relationship from a dynamic group?
